These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReviewSoft ("we", "us", "the Service"), an AI-assisted Google review collection platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide a hosted tool that lets your customers scan a QR code, receive an AI-drafted review based on their feedback, and post it to your Google Business Profile. We also let you view, reply to, and analyze reviews collected through the Service.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts may start with a trial period at our discretion. Continued access after the trial requires an active paid subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that are unpaid, abusive, or used in violation of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to solicit fake, incentivized-in-violation-of-Google-policy, or misleading reviews, and to comply with Google's own review policies. You're responsible for the content of AI-drafted text your business chooses to publish.
We store account, business, and review data necessary to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated review drafts may contain errors — you're responsible for reviewing content before it's published anywhere. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
